Supreme Holistic Academy offers a well-rounded approach to fitness and health, promoting physical, mental, and emotional well-being.
Holistic workouts/practices address the whole person (body, mind, and spirit) and promote balance in all aspects of life.
Strength and conditioning workouts, on the other hand, improve physical performance, increase muscle definition, boost cardiovascular health, and promotes overall physical functionality.
By combining Holistic practices with strength and conditioning training, clients can improve their physical fitness, and flexibility, reduce stress, promote mental clarity, and enhance their overall quality of life.
My fitness journey began at an early age . As a youngster I fell in love with sports and martial arts at an early age . Due to experiences with great mentors I quickly excelled in the sports and martial arts arenas at a young age . I received a scholarship to play basketball and everything seemed to be going according to plan.
The one day in playing in the summer...
I tore my lcl in my left leg
Due to the fact that I was playing street ball, any scholarships were put on pause and I immediately dove into another way of life . I met a group of brother teaching esoteric knowledge and began to live the life of an underworld ascetic . I fasted and meditated constantly . After a few years I no longer even looked like an athlete. As I started to go further into my ascension through consciousness I began to have a conviction to bring my mental and physical power to a Supreme level .
I had took the time out to develop my mind , character and discipline , now it was time to reawaken the athletic warrior archetype aspect and merge it with the spreader of consciousness I had became . I never intended to become a personal trainer or holistic lifestyle coach it literally came to me .

One day I was in a parking lot and a muscular man approached me and asked me if I work out . I had been getting back to it for a while so I told him “ yes” . We spoke briefly about random things and then he asked me if I’d like to “ learn how to be a personal trainer and make 6 figures ? You would be really good at it I can tell you like to help people . I said yes and was put on salary and the next day I was shadowing trainers , training high end clients, celebrities, athletes, etc . Little did I know that I would be training some of these same people in less than a week . I was literally thrown into the fire ; but I’m glad , I turned out golden .
I quickly put on about 40 lbs of muscle mass while staying under 10% body fat the entire time .
I actually started my journey with higher body fat and weighing less. So I added muscle and lost fat. My clientele started to grow and I began to add the holistic aspect to all my programs. I was reluctant to “ go there “ with client when I worked for others because there were strict guidelines about what we can and can’t do despite how much it might help a person .
I received my holistic lifestyle coach certification from the chek institute and have been helped hundred of me and women look and feel they’re best since.
My programs are based on the whole person and not symptoms. We develop protocols that if follows will lead you to the highest version of yours or mentally , physically as well as emotionally and economically.
An effective training program is a merging of personal development with physical training , nutrition and accountability : we are grateful to now be offering these services worldwide
I’ve always been physically active since I could crawl. I remembering begging my mother to let me take gymnastics training, but she was too afraid that I would get injured. So we collectively agreed as a family for me to start dance classes instead. I delved into many different art forms from ballet & jazz to tap and modern dance. I enjoyed it & stuck with it all way up to and through high school. After high school, I took a break from dance to pursue a career, but one day in between time,
I took my very 1st pole class with my mother.
Now, this was just a one time fun night for my mother, but little did she know, I fell in love with the pole. This was just the beginning of an 11 year (and counting) pole journey.
I moved to Atlanta & explored different styles of pole art at various pole studios, where I learned the correct technique and how to give personality on stage. Yes! I entered pole shows & competitions where I won gold and silver medals to add to my growing collection. I developed a powerhouse style & strength moves were my strong suit. I was vetted to start teaching.
I started a class called Rookie Pole Training, where students would attend and participate in pole conditioning exercises to train their muscles to lift and control their body weight.
I realized how strong I was when I started seeing women who could not hold their own body weight.
This is when a passion matured inside of me to help women get fit not only for pole dancing, but just to keep them physically active & become strong.
Women would tell me that they wanted to work out, but wanted to do something fun instead of the gym. So this became my niche in the pole world.
